Who Heals The Healers?

Educators, front-line workers, community leaders, healthcare workers, and caregivers dedicate their lives to supporting others, often at the expense of their own well-being. Over time, the weight of constantly holding space for others can lead to stress, compassion fatigue, and burnout.

The Live Happii Project provides wellness workshops, retreats, and restorative experiences designed to help those who serve others reconnect with themselves. Through mindfulness, movement, and reflection we offer the tools needed to replenish the mind, body, and spirit. We need our healers to remain healthy, resilient, and effective in the communities that depend on them.

Front-Line Workers Are At High Risk of Burnout, Anxiety, and Depression

Those who spend their lives pouring into others deserve spaces where they can be restored.
