Yoga & Meditation

Yoga will warm up their bodies for the more active Field Day games, and a brief moment of stillness will allow attendees to release the stresses of the day and fully immerse themselves in the Field Day experience.

Throughout the day, attendees will be invited to participate in brief yoga and meditation sessions to facilitate relaxation, stress relief, and presence.

Vibes for DANCING

A DJ will fill the space with upbeat, uplifting music and a trained dance therapy teacher will invite attendees to move and groove throughout the day.

Trauma, stiffness, and illness are often stored within the body. Rather than any specific style of dancing. Dance Therapy is a method for release, healing, and reconnecting to your body.
