  • Teaches physical and mental wellness practices, engages students in deep discussions to better understand themselves, and provide the opportunity to simply play and have fun!

A Deep Dive Into Self Understanding

Students will better understand and improve themselves through daily deep discussions, guided meditations, yoga and qigong, and other holistic self-care practices.

Our Mentors

Co-Founders Tori Franklin and Colin Diment bring on inspiring and impactful mentors to join their already accomplished duo. Together, this team leads the weekend retreat, creating a safe, fun, and enlightening experience for everyone involved.

Chef Q Ibraheem

Special guest Chef Q is an artist, an educator, and an advocate. She will combine locally-sourced ingredients, community interaction, and a multi-cultural influence to provide memorable experiences for the youth that participate in this retreat. From learning at the soil to cooking their very own meal, these young adults will walk away healthier and happier.

Rich Off Impact

Chicago native and social media influencer, Michael has made it his mission spread joy and appreciation for his city. By showing people what real Chicago looks like he has become an inspiration for many on how to enjoy the little things and pursue greatness.

Sean Cattouse

Sean Cattouse is a native Chicagoan. He grew up in the Roger’s Park attended Hubbard High School. Sean went on to excel at the University of California-Berkeley and went on to play two seasons in the NFL for the San Diego Chargers and Chicago Bears. Since his retirement from football, Sean has dedicated his time to educating high school youth and helping communities heal through yoga, sound healing, and nutritional education. His passion for healing is what drives him in this chapter of his life. 

Jason Campbell

Jason is a business and philanthropic leader with extensive background in in holistic wellness practices. He will guide our retreat participants toward self realization and mental-emotional balance.
